NZ ITP’s focus in 2010

Our business priorities for 2010 fall into three broad areas:

Long-term value - developing and maintaining a coherent long-term perspective on the overall
direction for the ITP sector and our shareholders. We’ll promote the value proposition offered by
ITPs and build key relationships with key stakeholders

Sector change - tackling critical policy issues currently driving change in the ITP sector and affecting the performance of our shareholders. This will include further work on Governance, Funding and Qualifications.

Measurement - influencing the definition of measures for representing value and performance in the ITP sector, that may be applied as incentives to drive change and/or to report progress and achievements over time. We’ll focus particularly on the design and application of Performance Measures.
